New week

Had an awesome workout with Tosha today. We ran a really hard 2.5 miles and lifted weights for chest and back. Was really great to have someone to work out with.

Kind of disappointed in myself. Went a little overboard on the free day yesterday. Did really well until evening when we had truffles and pizza...ugh. Ran really hard this morning though so I'm not going to think about it! Onward and upward!
