Cooking Fool!

I tell you, this living like a regular housewife is a lot of work! I made banana bread last night - got too done on the outside and not done enough on the inside. I tripled the recipe and made it in a regular loaf-size pan. I also only had one banana instead of three and just used raisins...too many changes to the recipe I think.

I need:
muffin pan
Mammoth muffin pan
Mini loaf pans

I also made a pot of easy meals: ground turkey, Quinoa, tomatoes, mushrooms, and Braggs Amino Acids (tastes like soy sauce but its actually good for you). Not a pretty meal but it gets the job done!

Made it to gym for circuits every morning this week! Ran on treadmill last night until it shut off completely in the middle of my run. Anyone know if treadmills can be fixed? :-(

Clean Eating since last Monday. So far so good!

banana bread bakes better when you use smaller pans, then it will get cooked in the middle and not burned on the outside:)
