My workout was soooo hard this morning. I am exhausted! I did an arms and shoulders weights workout and 25 min run with every 1/6th mile a hard run...phew! I'm glad it is done!!
I completed my first figure competition on June 10, 2006. Currently planning on doing triathlons, 5Ks, and other random fun events this year. Conditioning classes each morning at a mixed martial arts gym and having fun.
